9TH ANNUAL IDEAFEST BUSINESS PITCH COMPETITION - DANVILLE VIRGINIA - MAY 1, 2024

CAC Tech Services had the exciting opportunity to attend IdeaFest 2024, a fast-paced business pitch competition where 20 finalists showcased their original business ideas to a panel of expert judges and a live audience. Held in the Dan River Region, this event was an incredible platform for innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment opportunities.

As a company that values cutting-edge technology and business development, we were inspired by the creativity and ambition of the competitors. Each entrepreneur had just three minutes to pitch their idea, followed by a dynamic Q&A session with the judges. The competition was fierce, with the top three winners taking home $10,000 in prize money and gaining access to 25 hours of free business consulting from The Launch Place.

Beyond the competition, IdeaFest provided valuable networking opportunities, allowing us to engage with startups, investors, and industry leaders who are driving innovation in the region. We also gained insight into how The Launch Place supports entrepreneurs through business consulting, funding opportunities, and strategic investment in early-stage companies.
